What we collect

For the early-access waitlist, Medary is designed to collect only the information needed to manage invitations and product updates: your email address, professional role, optional specialty or interest, and whether you are interested in creating content.

Why we use it

We use waitlist information to provide early-access invitations, product updates, and to understand which groups are interested in Medary. We do not need health information or patient information for the waitlist.

Data minimisation

Please do not submit patient information, medical records, or other sensitive personal information through the waitlist form.

Marketing and withdrawal

You should only receive Medary-related early-access and product communications. You may unsubscribe or request deletion of your waitlist data at any time using the contact address that will be published here before launch.

Tracking

The initial Medary landing page is designed to work without advertising trackers. If analytics or other third-party services are introduced later, this notice should be updated accordingly.

Changes

This privacy notice may be updated as Medary develops and as the technical providers used for the waitlist and application are finalised.
